BREAKING: It looks like Michael Cohen will plead guilty at 4 p.m. ET today. During what is called a “change of plea” hearing, we will find out the charge to which he’s pleading guilty as well as the plea agreement he has with prosecutors. Cohen will also acknowledge that he is guilty.
Worth reminding folks, Michael Cohen also served as Deputy Finance Chairman for the RNC up until recently. And, he’s about to plead guilty to campaign finance crimes.

As far as we know –> This is a “non cooperative” agreement at this time, which means he is only pleading guilty for a lesser prison sentence.
