US to offer cyberwar capabilities to NATO allies.
The U.S. is expected to announce that, if asked, it will use its cyberwarfare capabilities on NATO’s behalf. The measure is designed to counter Russia’s use of cyberattacks across Europe. NATO has so far moved cautiously on offensive cyber capabilities.
