NEW: Russian officials have frozen the bank accounts of the country’s top anti-corruption activists, including Navalny’s Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK)—one of Russia’s leading civic institutions. More than 100 bank accounts have been frozen, FBK’s office and homes of staff raided.
