NEW: A source tells me the House Judiciary Committee will subpoena former White House staff secretary Rob Porter. The committee is expected to announce the move as soon as today.
Porter is among the most cited sources (after Don McGahn) in the second volume of the Mueller report, which covers obstruction as opposed to possible collusion.
He was known to take contemporaneous notes.
